Meet Shane

Shane works closely with LimeGlow clients to shape clear, effective strategies for their websites, branding, and digital marketing efforts. With a strong focus on usability, messaging, and long-term goals, he helps organizations make smart decisions that support growth and sustainability.

Shane brings more than 25 years of experience in the digital marketing and creative industries. He spent 14 years at Top Floor, a leading digital marketing agency based in the Milwaukee area, where he most recently served as Vice President of Business Development. That experience shaped his belief in pairing strong strategy with clear communication and long-term client partnerships.

In 2016, he co-founded LimeGlow Design to provide small businesses and nonprofits with an approachable, relationship-driven alternative to traditional agencies.

In addition to his client work, Shane is a frequent speaker at business and association events, sharing practical insights on website strategy, digital marketing best practices, and building an effective online presence. He is also actively involved in the local community, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, including Inspiration Ministries, Tosa Tonight, and Couples of Wheels.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors — especially biking and hiking with Andrea. They’re often found riding their tandem cycle from their hometown of Wauwatosa to Milwaukee’s lakefront, area parks, or to Brewers games during the summer. Shane also enjoys grilling year-round, exploring Milwaukee’s restaurants, and photography, with a particular interest in landscapes and city scenes.
